Challenge

Dezine were approached by Cretingham Golf Club to provide design and technical services in relation to a complementary new venture. Cretingham Golf Club, set in 165 acres of beautiful rural Suffolk, were embarking upon a new venture centered around the creation of a bespoke selfcater venue called Cretingham Country Lodges. The creative brief included rebranding and repositioning both the golf club and new lodges venture and relaunching both websites. The technical brief included the creation of a content management system and the provision of an online booking system.

Solution

The design solution included a refresh of all brand elements, logo, colour schemes, imagery and style application. We created a set of two logos, each representative of the business areas, supported with a clean colour palette. Fonts reflected both tradition and the contemporary positioning of the new lodges venture. A clear intuative web interface was created with an emphasis on ease of use and functionality. Image style and application was designed to focus on the aspirtional features and appeal of both the golf and accommodation facilities.
